The New Synergistic Research Purple Fuses

Ordered a purple one for my amplifier.

First impression very positive. Used Under African Skies by Paul Simon to A/B. No contest against the stock fuse in my tube integrated. I don’t have any experience with prior versions of fuses or other brands. 

After 3 days and a swap back to the old fuse, I agree, something there. Better musical flow, image is cleaner, I feel like the overall sound is more satisfying. 

I installed in one way, listened for 20 minutes and heard nothing better. Pulled it out and turned it around and heard better sound, along the lines of a good tube upgrade. I think it makes my system sound better. Would it make more difference if my cables were better, or less if my speakers weren't so resolving? Probably. 

All the anti tweakers have just about bitten off their fingernails. The other side waits eagerly as an email to Tammy's rests in their browser. This place is going to implode.

Has anyone had their system in one place for six months with no changes and added a fuse. I can understand there being a huge difference if you changed the fuse and got new speakers, etc. if so, what percent better are we looking at 2-5% 15%? I will also try and report back.
