@larsa39 ...Two days prior to this, on Dec 18, I had received an email from them saying "Currently, we are experiencing a higher than normal volume of incoming items,
I got the run-around from them until Dec 30, when I finally got an answer. It took them over two weeks to issue the refund rather than the 3 to 5 business days they initially claimed
12 days, and right during the Christmas holiday period. Shipping and receiving for all merchants is absolutely backed up during this time. Everyone all spun up shipping and waiting for packages. Any consumer is lucky to get anything done with any product in 12 days this time of year.
A peak time with people sitting around browsing the internet doing nothing but buying/selling, trading in gear then. I recall TMR was backed up and stacked up at holiday time. Same thing happened the prior year.
Sit back and look at this with a clear lens. The absolute busiest time of the year for merchants, shipping, and all sorts of delays can occur. TMR did respond.
Do you realize some people in the USA take time off work during the holiday period, right?
