In a nutshell, Grant Fidelity's customer service is AMAZING!!!

Suffice it to say, without me going into deep details, that they're customer service is beyond superlative.

They replaced product under warranty the they really didn't need to.

Thank you Rachel for getting a really challenging situation resolved

Its good to know that there are suppliers who go above and beyond what is necessary.

Wanted to share a positive experience as so much that is posted is negarive.
