TEAC UD-301

I have an opportunity to buy and or trade for a TEAC UD-301 DAC and was wondering if anyone could offer their opinions or share their experiences with this piece. I will be streaming Pandora, Spotify, etc. from my phone/PC to a Chromecast Audio into the UD-301 via optical on to my Yamaha A-S1000 integrated.
