Tannoy Early 15'' REDS

Hi,
I've recently acquired a pair of Tannoy Red 15'' (LSU/HF/15/L) speakers. These are early having orange dust cap models with serial numbers: 0295** and 0297**.

I have few questions.

1- Some people say that; these early models have the same cones and crossovers with silver ones. Is this true?

2- Are there any differences of the crossovers between normal reds and these early reds?

3- I will install them on the Autograph cabinets. I've learned that the crossovers needed to be modified for these cabinets. Do i have to get completely new modified crossovers or just adding outboard extra caps will do the job?
