If your room has issues and the DSP software is good on the unit then you should hear an improvement.
If you use ROON these guys will do a better job (remotely) than the T+A hardware based DSP.
T+A HVEQ room correction software
I have a T+A PA 3100 HV with the APM board and I have gone through the manual room correction but would like to use the T+A HVEQ software using a measurement mic. I've downloaded the software on to a windows 11 laptop. The HVEQ instructions say to connect the PA 3100 directly to the PC using an ethernet cable. I have done that and the network lights indicate activity, but the software will not connect to the 3100. When I ping the 3100 IP address from the PC it does not find it. I can't seem to find anyone that has experience with the HVEQ software. T+A USA support is hooking me up to a call from Germany at some point, but I was wondering if anyone here has any suggestions?
