T+A HVEQ room correction software
I have a T+A PA 3100 HV with the APM board and I have gone through the manual room correction but would like to use the T+A HVEQ software using a measurement mic. I've downloaded the software on to a windows 11 laptop. The HVEQ instructions say to connect the PA 3100 directly to the PC using an ethernet cable. I have done that and the network lights indicate activity, but the software will not connect to the 3100. When I ping the 3100 IP address from the PC it does not find it. I can't seem to find anyone that has experience with the HVEQ software. T+A USA support is hooking me up to a call from Germany at some point, but I was wondering if anyone here has any suggestions?
I have the same setup as you have, @mintakax . Using a Windows 11 laptop to connect with my PA 3100HV with APM boards (mounted these myself). I changed the address of my fixed web connection and used a regular UTP cable to connect. Alas, after being able to connect once, I can’t make it work anymore. Fails with a rather funny remark: can’t load channel "" I can still ping the unit btw. Is it still working for you? |
