At Axpona 2019 Ted himself put on a demonstration of his products then took them out of the equation....sorry but didn't hear the improvement he said he heard. Others in the room when we left said they were baffled as well.I can hear a difference between sheets of paper on the platter. I was there too and did not hear a difference.
