Support from TIDAL was very, very good!


I had a subtle problem with Tidal.   When I loaded a whole album, some songs would be skipped during playback.  Tidal technical support was GREAT! They worked with me on several fixes until one worked. What a pleasure to deal with human, helpful customer support.  My TIDAL subscriptions is some of the best value for money of anything I've ever bought. (And the quality, through my Aurender server, is awesome.)

OH MY, MEA CULPA.  My previous post should have read, "AURENDER TECHNICAL SUPPORT WAS AWESOME!" It was Aurender tech support that kept at it until my Tidal downloads played perfectly. I guess I was so engrossed in beautiful music that I erred.

I bought the Aurender A-10 after noticing that the rooms at the Rocky Mountain Audio Fest that sounded the best usually used Aurender as their digital source, no matter what speakers or amps they where showcasing. The sound of Tidal through the Aurender constantly amazes me in the happiest way. Although I own 500 records, and many CDs, and a superb stereo system, I find that I spend most of my listening time using the Aurender to explore the wide world of music. In between, I love the sound of my own digital content stored on the Aurender. I can't say enough good about the Aurender company.

It is also VERY handy that right in the Aurender app you can send a message to technical support.  And they get back to your promptly.  I'm struggling to think of any other app that I own where that is true. Most seem to want to keep you from any human interaction.  Aurender is the opposite.
