Supex SDX-2000 impedence setting on preamp

I inherited a MC cart. (Supex SDX-2000), I was wondering what will be the correct setting on the phono preamp? I am currently using a ARC SP-11 MKII. According the the cart DB, this MC has high output level. Thanks
