That preamp has a toggle to choose output one or two. You will need a pair of Y adapters from the preamp one outputs to the amp inputs and the sub inputs. You will need something like this to run an active subwoofer!

Does anyone know how to connect an active subwoofer into a Convergent audio preamp?
There are two R/L RCA outputs and I’m using the first pair for Quicksilver monoblocks. Can I use the other pair for the Subwoofer?
