you could plug this into any existing HiFi setup with a suitable DAC and you are immediately up and running.

Using a PC is NOT a low quality solution, especially if the DAC is of reasonably high quality. The signal from the PC to the DAC is digital. A separate streamer is completely unnecessary for signal quality.  

Looks like some excellent options. 

Have owned a bunch (not all) of high end streamers. In my experience Aurender and Innous are top of the heap and the clear leaders in this niche, all things considered. They are different, but both great.
