Steve Dobbins platter for Garrard 301

Hey all, I have read a fair amount about this this platter and am possibly interested in buying one to try it out. Does anyone know where to buy one of these I looked for at least a couple hours last but it seems like they don't actually exist.

Also if anyone is already familiar with this or anything other upgrade platters for garrards I would love to hear about some of the differences they can bring.
