Step up from Parasound Zphono

My current set up is a Denon 103 cart on a RB300 arm (standard wiring) into a Parasound Zphono preamp. What are some of your suggestions for a preamp that would be an improvement on the Parasound Zphono? Lets keep the price range under $600-$700.

I would like a preamp that is capable of both MM and MC carts, and also capable of handling the low output carts like the 103.
