Bearotti, you’re on the right track with 240V/120V. I use the RGPC RM Pro that delivers 4000 watts and the RGPC 1200C for the front end, which is also power on demand---their ISO Gray combination. The Power House contains both of these, I believe. The advantage there is that your nice power cords come right off the transformers, but you need a wall receptacle for the unit in most situations. The Torus line is very, very good. The WM line offers more power---would probably have gone with that but I got my stuff for cost at the time.
Step Down Transformers?!
Hello Audiogon!
I've done it...I've gone plumb CRAZY...We just purchased a new home and I've already ran two dedicated 20 amp circuits and a 30 amp two pole ready for a step down transformer. I've curious what everyone is using in this position in their system? I was looking at the Richard Gray Substation, but am open to other options!
Suggestions and ideas are appreciated!
Thank you!
