Spectral service experience-positive


I have the venerable Spectral DMA 180 200 watt amplifier. Circa 1993/4, regardless, its been my reliable partner for all these years, with a "tremendous" amount of daily use.
Developed a noisy left channel. Called Spectral service.
Mark patiently analyzed situation over the phone. Then walked me through the relatively minor solution. I appreciate this level of commitment to helping the customer avoid expense (and lost time)of sending unit to factory( uniquely important in my circumstances). I have been happy with my system and this adds significantly to the satisfaction (even now after 20 years!)of having made the decision to invest in their gear.
