With 32w amp you'll want something pretty easy to drive, which will narrow your choices, but still a number will work.
Have you heard any systems that really impress you and lean in the direction you want to go? Naming those might be helpful.
Are you open to used vs. new? That'll get you ~double the value.
Separate convo, but in a square room setup is always a challenge and often best sound results in less than typical placement (e.g. diagonal). You might want to research threads on square room setups.
Zu and Klipsch will likely be suggested by many, as they're easy to drive. Silverline makes very good performers and used ones will be in budget. Vandersteens are great with rock, but you'd want to wait until upgrading your amp for a better match. Cheers,
