https://www.audioexcellence.ca/) and give an audition to the Wilson Yvette or Sabrina, Sonus Faber with various floor standers in your price range, and Magnepan (if you have the room for large planar magnetic), as well as Legacy and Klipsh. That was just after a quick search for audio shops in Ontario, but I'm sure there are others. You can certainly find online deals with free returns, but given the hassle of shipping back speakers that don't work for you, there's no substitute for hearing them for yourself. Preferably with a home trial for a few days with your room and other components. I was able to arrange that with my dealer and it was worth the $200 charge for delivery and pickup when investing the kind of money you're talking about.
Narrow down your search that way, and possibly reach out to see if there are any local audiophiles that have direct only speakers (e.g., Spatial or others) to try and hear them before you purchase. It's only your ears that matter in the selection, and in particular they have to integrate with your components and room. But enjoy the hunt! It's an enjoyable process.
