Soundsmith cartridges on Rega tables ??

I'm thinking of perhaps "moving up" from my current Rega P3-24/Exact 2/TTPSU set up. One of my thoughts is a Soundsmith wood body moving iron pick-up, as I've been reading a lot of good reviews about the Soundsmith brand.
How well do they match up with the Rega RB-301 arm (my current arm) or the RB-700 arm (if I decide to swap my P3-24 for a P-5) ? I plan on still running the signal through the built-in MM phono stage of my Rogue Audio Cronus.

Honestly I'd blame the amp. I hate a guy bring the d3ceate over and we compared it to a pair of Quicksilver mono blocks and an antique sound lab Tulip. The guy sent back the decware the next day. 10 well seasoned audiophiles came to the same conclusion conclusion. Soundsmith has a reputation of quite the opposite.

I use SoundSmith Zephyr MIMC cartridge on Rega P6. You will need to raise tonearm via shim AND purchase different counterbalance. SoundSmith is too heavy for Rega standard weight and too tall for Rega tonearm. My phono stage is Pass XP-12.

I would call SoundSmith.  They have a variety of carts with different outputs and different compliance. Several should be a good fit for the Rega/Rogue.

I believe the XP-12 is a line stage not a phonostage. XP-17?
