Sooloos Source two disk drive repair

Help....
I recently acquired a Sooloos Source(one) Store(two).
Display was not recognizing one of the stores. Discovered a bad drive. Doing some testing by swapping drives from good store. Now display not recognizing either stores.
Went to Meridan forum, and they advised that these drives are "not user replaceable". Need advice on next steps:
I need this fixed, any suggestions? Is sending back to Meridian the only option? Does anyone in the USA fix these things?
