Sony Walkman NW-A45 music transfers.

Hi, does anyone use one of these Hi-res players, I need a recommendation on which software to use so that I can transfer music to mine, I'm not that interested in Hi-res files exclusively, I'd just like to transfer my iTunes playlists which are currently duplicated on my Groove Music lists.
Thanks.

Picked one of these players up a couple of years ago after buying a new car that didn’t have a CD player. I maintain my CD collection as uncompressed FLAC files. Picked up the Sony NW-A45 because it was a very affordable player that could play FLACs. At any rate, all I did was plug the player into a USB port on my PC and simply copied over the albums I wanted over to the Sony. No special software was required. So long as the music is in a format that the player can support, that is all there is to it. Hope this helps.
I use dB power amp to rip cds to FLAC files on my Windows 10 PC.  I then just copy and paste into the Walkman.  Works great.  The only thing to be careful about is to make sure that the album artist is exactly the same for multiple discs by the same artist.

Connect the Walkman to the computer via USB.Open the WALKMAN folder as follows. Windows 10: Open the [MUSIC] folder in WALKMAN]Drag-and-drop the files or folders on the computer to the [MUSIC] folder. Confirm that the transfer is complete.
