Some love for LTA customer service
A shout-out to the team at Linear Tube Audio. I had a small problem with my LTA Preamp that I upgraded to Level 2 about a year ago. LTA overnighted me a potential solution. When that didn't work, they came and picked up the preamp (I live in the greater MD area), fixed it, and hand-delivered it back to me in the same week. Excellent customer service and great products. They are a company I will buy from again and an easy recommendation. Really nice folks as well.
