+1 yes, living in close proximity to LTA has its advantages but the customer service in general is top notch. The best I’ve experienced in my Audio journey.
Some love for LTA customer service
A shout-out to the team at Linear Tube Audio. I had a small problem with my LTA Preamp that I upgraded to Level 2 about a year ago. LTA overnighted me a potential solution. When that didn't work, they came and picked up the preamp (I live in the greater MD area), fixed it, and hand-delivered it back to me in the same week. Excellent customer service and great products. They are a company I will buy from again and an easy recommendation. Really nice folks as well.
