Small quality inductors?

I want to replace some ancient 4.7uH inductors in a 12v PSU that look like resistors. They're from the 1990's.

Can anyone recommend a small, audio-grade inductor?

does anyone think that generic inductors made these days sound better than the old resistor-style kind from last century? Newer is not always better for audio.
