Simaudio Moon Lp 5.3 mm cart loading?

For all the owners of this preamp using a MM cartridge: What have you set the switches to?

I have mine on the 47k setting for load but have not tried others. I imagine changing capacitance would be worth a try. I have capacitance set at 100pf. The next setting is 470 pf. I have a Linn Adikt MM with 6.5 mv output.

The setting for RIAA and IEC are a little confusing in the manual. Can anyone confirm which pins to use for RIAA?
