Should I return my Sony wh1000xm5

I truly love the sound of these headphones, best noise cancellation I’ve ever tried. Only thing they’re reallyyy uncomfortable, my ears get so hot and just makes me wanna return them. I’ve had them for a week and just can’t decide if I should return them. Are there are recomendable ear pad replacements??
