Anyone else getting this message with a cancelled order with a valid credit card from them? Several key pieces of information in your order did not match and met the profile of potentially fraudulent activity. Since the order did not pass inspection, it was canceled and all funds were returned to the purchasing credit card. We cannot be too specific as what indicators we use to identify credit card fraud. As a direct sales business with high value merchandise we receive a good amount of attempted fraudulent activity. We carefully review each order before processing a transaction. Your best way to ensure trouble-free ordering and shipping with us in the future is to order using a Paypal verified account. |
