No. There are no inputs on that player and, besides, you can probably buy a better DAC for less money than it would cost to modify the player.
SACD player integration
I have a Sony SCD-777ES that is highly modified by Richard Kern. It still sounds fantastic on good discs.
Can I integrate the SACD player in any way with a computer or hard disk to receive CD and DSD files and use the SACD player as a DAC?
Or is there any other way to expand the value of the great player. Or is it time to dump it and buy a new set-up.
