Rosso Fiorentino Arno 40 speakers Great speakers/Beautiful music

Stereo Times posted yesterday my review on the Rosso Fiorentino Arno 40 speakers. I put the 40s, RF's new model, on my most WANTED COMPONENTS for 2024 because they are one of the most exquisite musical speakers I have ever experienced. For all the details take a look at the review. If you own a Rosso Fiorentino speaker share what your experiences have been.

The Certaldo 2 is at the top of my speaker replacement list and very curious if the Arno 40 is a worthy upgrade over the Certaldo 2. Will be attending Axpona 2025 to narrow down my speaker choices to 3.

@dayglow I've owned the Certaldos 1 for several years, and I've had the pleasure of hearing both Certaldos 2 and Arno 40. Each is a significant step up, particularly in top end refinement. Arno also brings more bass slam compared to Certaldos without giving up in texture and low end detail. I felt the Arno is a slight departure from the house Rosso sound, but it's also very possible the pair I heard was not broken in yet.

If they are in your budget, I would strongly encourage you to demo them with Audio Thesis. Either at Axpona or at AT in DFW. Well worth the trip down here for a purchase of that size, and you will get a much better demo experience.

@dayglow I don’t know anything about Chario, but the look reminds me of Edifer.
