Roon “performance improvements “ on Innuous Zenith 3

I just got an email from Roon about performance improvements taking place in early November.  I’m not technically inclined so their description of the improvements and the steps needed to update my Zenith 3 are a mystery to me.  It seems like whoever wrote the instructions did their best to make them incomprehensible. I’m concerned about losing access to Roon next month but I have no idea what to do.  Does anyone have a Cliffs Notes /Roon update for Dummies version of what to do (assuming I need to do something to keep access to Roon)?  Thanks in advance!

Contact your manufacturer. They should’ve worked with Roon to make it ready for this update. I stream Roon through a small green computer and got an email from the owner the other day that they had worked with Roon and have their software ready to go when the change occurs.
I’ve got a Zen Mk III, and this was in the email from Roon:

“If your device is from one of the manufacturers below, we have confirmed that the dependencies have been met and your device is ready to go for the update.

Partners who have confirmed dependencies are met:

  • Innuos

  • Exasound

  • Small Green Computer

If your Core’s manufacturer is not on the list and Roon is failing to start after the update, we recommend contacting them directly.”

So you should be good to go if you’ve done the Innuos updates.

Thanks but what update is Roon referring to in that email and how do you install it?  Are they talking about updates available from Innuous or from Roon?  Their email is totally unclear to me.
Just to add to my previous posting, I have not upgraded to Innuous Sense.  I have over 12,000 stored albums.  I plan to install Sense at some point.  Is Sense installation required to use Roon after the November improvements take place ? Is some other software installation necessary? I wish Roon would be more helpful in their instructions and recognize that not all their customers understand their technical language!
