I assembled a fanless NUC. You buy the M.2 drive and memory separate to install. 
Good video. Thinking of pointing some friends to it who might want Roon at a low cost hardware-wise. There's a thread about the video on the Roon Community Forum, where some get into a detailed debate of merits of various i3 & i5 iterations, and what makes most sense. Some may find that useful reading before they finalize their parts list for their build. Cheers,
