Rogue M180 preamp suggestions

Hello! I have Cornwall IVs powered by the Rogue M180s and using temporarily a Topping Pre90 as the preamp. One thing I have noticed is so much less bass and so natural sounding it makes stuff like electronic music tougher and bass is almost nonexistant. It sounds so neutral and much more layering, but feels much lighter when it comes to electronic instruments. 

I have been suggested the preamp is more the issue. I was using a Hegel H90 before this and the bass just shook without a subwoofer. But I wantes to check if there is good preamp recommendations from here. I wanted Balanced too because using the Single Ended RCAs brought hum and balanced didn't. I had ideas of the Rogue Rp7, the Rogue Athena or the Hegel P20 or a used P30, the Denafrips preamps or the Acoustic Invader preamp. Thank you!
