Rogue Audio Perseus Phono

Hello,
Does anyone have an opinion on the phono stage built into the Perseus? I was thinking about running my Scout right into the preamp as opposed to outside phono preamp?

I have a PS Audio GCPH with a Benz Ace SL (low output MC), and just added a Rogue Perseus. It is much quieter though the Rogue Perseus directly. Honestly, the sound is big and clear...not sure the GCPH is bringing anything better to the table.
