Robby Steinhardt Rest in Peace

Sad to hear of his passing. He was a major contributor of Kansas' unique sound and probably the reason I gravitated to them in the '70s. I still consider them to be one of my all time favorites.

I'm sorry to hear of that too. On the subject of Kansas, I have to be honest and say that until 3 years ago, I had about zero interest in them, but a dear friend had been begging me for years to come see them with him. He finally gave me a ticket to a show with him to see them in Phoenix, and I was instantly converted.
Forget what you may think. They are no worn out revival looking for retirement dollars. They are one of the best shows around, and their audiences love them for a reason. I literally can't wait to see them again. They are committed to giving their all to the audience an it shows.
What a voice. What a fiddler. Thank you, Robbie for hundreds of hours of entrtainment.
