Ringo Starr or Charlie Watts???

Ringo did what the band needed him to do. Impossible now to predict how he might have developed or changed his style had the situation been different.

However, Ringo is a member of rock music's most exclusive club.

Charlie is simply a Rolling Stone.

It was Adam, not Alan, White.

The song is "Love Me Do".

Two versions were recorded. On the first Ringo played drums. George Martin wanted a different sound and recorded a second with on White drums and Ringo playing tambourine.

I meant Andy not Adam.

I've been aware of this for quite some time but was listening to music and composing my post at the same time.

Some folks can't walk and chew gum simultaneously.
