Remote Control with Auralic Aries G2

Does anyone have experience with using a remote with an Auralic Aries G2?  

I'm not talking about the Lightning app.  But a separate physical remote.  

I find it somewhat difficult to maneuver through the faceplate buttons when changing streaming service choices or output choices and was wondering if the remote will make it more user friendly.  

I'm considering an Auralic RC-1 remote.

It looks like the best $10 you can spend allowing remote play without internet.

No gottee so I can’t critique folder navigation.

I had a Auralic Aries G2 for about a year. I liked the lighting app. But switched over to Aurender I found it to have better sound quality and much more reliable connection and overall operation. I found the Auralic to be frustrating at times. I like high end audio to work… no BS… just work and sound fantastic.
