regarding the Mober bearing for Linn LP12

Mober bearing is an alternative to Linn's Cirkus and is a ball bearing assembly.  My intuition somehow tells me that ball bearings will be extremely noisy in a turntable use, no matter how precise they are.

Has anyone SCIENTIFICALLY ACTUALLY measured (not feeling, actual measurements in dbs with an instrument) the rumble and noise figures with it ?
