Rega Elex-R for custom speakers?

I am concerned whether or not my current Rega Elex-R integrated amplifier will run a new custom pair of speakers with the following specs:

Impedance: 5 Ω
Continous / Max Power: 25 W / >100 W (>300 Hz)
Sensitivity: 87 dB-2.83 V
Recommended amp. power: 10 - 50 W

The Rega Elex-R has the following specs:

Power Output: 72 W into 8 Ω, 90 W into 6 Ω
Power Consumption: 250 W

Is it possible and compatible? Or do I need to buy a new amplifier?
