Recording video and audio with headphones

My Setup:

mac studio, playing audio tracks using VLC or quicktime, etc.

The mac studio headphone out is connected to a mixer as all my other devices/modules for drumming.  My headphone are plugged into the phones out on the mixer.

I can lay the track and  drum to the track without issue.

Question:

Now i want to also do a video.  Since the audio is coming through ny headphones, how do i get the audio to also be present in the video?
