Recommended bearing lubricant for Technics SP10?

I have an SP 10. It was lubricated in 1988, according to a label still attached to the plate under the platter.

Not to rush things, I thought it just might be time to give a little dab of oil again, the odd 20 years on.

Any recommendations? and why, if you please?
