The most expert person I know of is JP Jones of Fidelis Analog, on the internet. JP specializes in Technics SP10 Mk2 and Mk3 but has worked on several others of the best vintage DD turntables. If it were me, and if I had a defective DP59L, I would instead go looking for a DP80, and if necessary, I would send THAT to JP Jones for any work it might need. Because JP's work is not inexpensive; may as well spend your money on the best of its breed.
