The chroming is the easy part. You can get that done by a million different auto chrome shops. The hard part is to get them re-screened as orignal. Contact McIntosh.
Re-Chrome Mcintosh Amps?
I have a Pair of MC240 amps that have really seen better days. Does anyone know who might do re-chrome work. I have occasionally seen one advertised that hasa been re-chromed and screened, but have not been able to find out where it was done. Audio Classics in NY was not able to tell me either...so I figured I'd ask here.
