I'm in the process of re-capping a Proton D1200 Amp and have found that several of the actual capacitors in the protection circuit don't match the ones specified in the schematic in the service manual. One of the reasons I'm re-capping the amp is that I'm getting clicks and occasional very brief (< .5 sec) dropouts.
Actual Part SM Part
4.7uf 50V 10uf 25V
22 uf 50V 10uf 16V
The parts on the board are original.
The 22uf parts are C2 in this datasheet for the protection IC
