I don’t care which country the component is from, I only care about price, performance, sometimes a company’s longevity and product reliability.
I don’t penalize people for the government they are ruled under, most are not democratically elected so they have no choice. I don’t blame the Russians for what Putin does, likewise I don’t do the same for China.
Also, there are a lot of illegal clone products manufactured in China. I don’t penalize legit Chinese companies who have nothing to do with this.
