problem with my velodyne HGS-12

my velodyne recently stopped working, there's still power going through but all hear is a faint thump from the speaker has anyone run into this problem ? if so how was it fix

I can't fix it and made contact with Velodyne and send it the rear/back plate where the amplifier is mounted and they send me a new unit!! So, like Dbphd posted,: contact Velodyne. regards and enjoy the music, Raul.
