Proac K1, room size

I absolutely love my Devore Super Nine speakers but after nine months I have to admit that they are too large for my 11x16 room. Several new monitors have caught my eye including the B&W 805, Fyne and the Proac K1 in particular. Going by reviews only, it seems the Proac would be most to my taste, but does anyone have real-world experience with them? They are over 17" deep. Are they good for a small room like mine? Any insights would be appreciated.
