Primare SP 32/33 full HD processor board.........

I presently own a Primare SP32HD with 3 HDMI in and 1 out. The full 4KVM UHD video upgrade and board has 6 hdmi in and 2 ARC assignable HDMI out with full onscreen displays through hdmi and 4K and HDMI 2.0. Other video features are capable through this board. I am looking for either an SP32 or SP33 with this full upgrade. Or just the upgraded board. Please let me know if either of these three you may have. We can discuss a plan for a purchase.
