I'd say in your setup likely overkill I'm guessing the phono stage on your Cronus is pretty solid. That said if you can get a Jolida from someplace with a return policy it might be worth checking out.

Hi, I have a Rega P3 w a Goldring MC into a
Rogue Cronus III to Totem Tribe III speakers.
I was hoping for opinions on wether a phono pre amp
such as a Jolida II SE would be a benefit or overkill?
