PreAmp Hook up question

I have a Harmon Kardon Citation 11 Pre amp and a Mistral 307 B Integrated Tube Amp 

I would like to know if I can plug in the Citation pre amp "OUT "into the Mistral's RCA Auxillary "IN ". This will bypass the Mistrals pre amp section.

I want to use the Citation Pre amp ONLY ...The Citation has phono stage built in.

Will this cause a problem ?...Is this okay ?

No. You cannot bypass the preamp in that Mistral unit. Consider experimenting with an interesting solid state or tube amplifier (not integrated), maybe something you have been curious about, to use with your harmon kardon preamp.

Or add a phono preamp to mistral AUX.
