Preamp choice

Anyone have an opinion on D’Agostino Progression preamp Vs McIntosh C1100 ?I do have the McIntosh 125KW power amps. Thanks

If that is in your price range, then I would opt for the Progression. If not, there is certainly nothing wrong with the McIntosh. Whether the sound quality improvement is worth evicting 150 Uncle Ben's from you wallet is something only you can decide.
